Thanks again to everyone for their endurance and hard work last week for conferences. Overall, there was a very good positive vibe in our building during conferences. I heard several comments and compliments about this vibe from multiple families. I know how hard it is to stay positive when you are worn out and tired, so thank you for providing this "vibe" for our families.
We have a short week this week, ending with a unique day on Thursday. I'm looking forward to finishing the week strong and positively. Continue to take care of yourselves and look forward to that well deserved break coming to you on Friday! Here are you STAFF NOTES for this week. The brackets are out and it's time for March Madness. As we enter this week, please remember to take care of yourself. I've been fighting a cold for the last two weeks and we have had lots of kids out sick. We all have different tricks and strategies to stay healthy. Whatever you do, please do it this week. We have some long days/evenings coming up. Only 8 and 1/2 school days until break. YOU CAN DO IT!

This week we should get a sneak peek at spring. We need to focus on continuing to move forward. I would expect to see a rise in "cabin fever" behavior. Continue to do what you are all doing. You have managed to make the most out of what has been the craziest, choppiest, and least routine winter that I've experienced. I know it probably feels like you don't have a rhythm and that normalcy has stopped. It hasn't stopped, you have all adjusted and made it work the best you can. Continue to move forward! Here are your STAFF NOTES for this week! Even though we are getting another visit from the polar vortex to start the week, I do believe that we are heading the right direction. I'm excited for what will hopefully be a return to regularity when it comes to school.
